Vancouver Public School District No. 37., Purchasing Department, Jim Parsley Center, 2901 Falk Road, Vancouver, Washington    98661

This is a cooperative Bid and any/all other public agencies may choose to "Piggyback" onto this contract throughout the Five (5) Year Contract Period.  July 1, 2011 to June, 2016

The Vancouver School District will cooperatively work with any/all other school district and public agencies that may want to purchase services under this bid.  Each school district or public agencies which choose to participate or access this contract will be required of the following:
1.  Execute an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Vancouver School District to satisfy legal issues.
2.  Each participating school district or public agency shall prepare and execute an Interlocal Agreement document, which is submitted in duplicate to the Vancouver School District's purchasing office for execution by District's Board of Directors.
3.  The District will return one (1) copy of the fully executed Interlocal Agreement to the participating school district or public agency for their permanent file.
4.  Vancouver School District will not charge any administrative fee for services.
